Effective marketing and tenant screening is a key to attract high quality applicants. We prepare a custom market advertisement for each property we manage and determine the optimal rent to maximise your return on your investment.

Start of tenancy, quarterly and end of year inspections
At Jupiter Property Management we believe in conducting thorough start of tenancy inspections, continued quarterly inspections and end of year inspections.
This routine work is covered by the management fee.

Financial reporting and rent payments
Owner clients are paid the rent collected fortnightly minus the management fee. Financial statements with the rent collected included are provided to the owner client monthly.
A financial statement is provided at the end of each tax year so that owner clients can easily and efficiently complete their tax declarations.

Maintenance and Repairs
We handle all organising of maintenance, from emergency to routine tasks, including electrical, plumbing, cleaning, and garden maintenance. Our dedicated team collaborates with trusted tradespeople to ensure your property is well-maintained.
This service is provided at no extra cost. For the first $500 of maintenance and repairs organised, 10% on maintenance and repairs organised after that in any given financial year.

Tenancy Agreements and Renewals
New and renewed tenancy agreements are covered in the management fee.
Our clear, fair, and detailed tenancy agreements prioritise transparency, fostering positive landlord-tenant relationships.

Rental Guarantee
Our rental guarantee ensures that you always get paid rent on time, every time.
The rental guarantee covers up to four weeks rent. If in the unlikely case it is longer, you would be notified well in advance and a new tenant would be arranged.
